Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order.
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at Crash385@outlook.com with your order number and reason for exchange.

Conditions for Exchange:

• Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Exchange is only applicable for size or defect issues.
• Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

Return & Refund Policy

We offer refunds for items that meet the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return & Refund:

• Item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• You contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.
• Clear photos of the issue must be provided for verification.

Refund Method:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after inspection and approval.

Non-Returnable Items

1. Please note the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
2. Custom-stitched or altered items (including dress materials stitched to any size).
3. Stitched Lehengas, Blouses, and Suits (Men’s & Women’s).
4. Jewelry (for hygiene reasons).
5. Lingerie or innerwear.
6. Items without original tags or packaging.
7. Clearance or final sale items.
